Khaizal Jamaluddin was born in Lhoong, Aceh Besar, Aceh Province of Indonesia on June 5, 1975, graduated from the Bachelor's Degree at the Department of Civil Engineering University of Syiah Kuala, Banda Aceh in August 1999. Concentration of interest in the field of Geotechnical Engineering Undergraduate, taught courses soil mechanics and engineering geology since appointed civil servant in 2003. In August 2013 masters by research studies in the field of applied geophysics at the School of physics, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia. Research interests: analysis of shallow landslide, geophysical applications to geotechnical and geological disaster hazards mitigation. This time is also active on the Department of Engineering Geophysics in order to help some subjects such as rock mechanics, geotechnical site investigations and geomorphology, as well as actively guiding some of the final project good students of civil engineering and Engineering Geophysics.
